Assistant Service

General Conditions
Extra Fees
- No extra fees for weekend or red days, except 24, 25, 26, 31 Dec; 01 - 02 Jan; Easter Week; 01 May (+ 60% of regular price)
- No extra fees for extra language required or translation to another language.
- No extra fees if transport is required for services inside of Copenhagen inner city (Including Ocean Quay, Langeline Port, Hotels)
- Extra fee for services starting or ending at Copenhagen airport (transport fee train – metro = 45DKK)
- Extra fee if transport is required for service start or ending outside of Copenhagen Inner city from ZONE 3 to (Hillerod, Helsingorg, Roskilde, Malmo, etc) Train, Bus, and Taxi ticket cost pay by voucher/receipt provided.
- Extra fee for services between 20:00 – 07:30am hours (390DKK / 55 €uro) COPENHAGEN
- Extra fee for lunch /dinner service from 7hrs (160DKK / 28 EUR) if it’s not provided by group or Tour Leader.
- Any commenced hour will be counted as an extra hour and must be paid in advance or charged on spot (430DKK / 58 EUR) by group or tour leader.
Cancellation
- No Charges for cancellation of the service 48 hours prior to the service;
- 50% charges for cancellations 24 hours prior to the service;
- 100% charge for cancellations on the day of the service;
- If an event of force majeure occurs, Consulting&travel shall be entitled to cancel any booking free of charge. An event of force majeure can also be invoked if due to an incident, a condition or any other outside event.
Payments
- All services will be confirmed when full payment has been made in advance.
- Payments can be made by credit card on spot only, bank transaction (local currency only) or PayPal.
- Extra fees for international bank transactions, should be supported by the customer;
- Tips and/or other gratuitous payments are not included by Scandinavian Guides and are at the complete discretion of the clients.

- Emergency phone number provided must be use for client to contact on any emergency case..
