Airport Assistance

Our friendly drivers are always eager to meet you at the arrival hall. We will follow your flight arrival time to be there at the moment of your landing. We can also offer assistance in your flights baggage claim area. Following this, we will assist you to you to your assigned vehicle and carefully drive you to your desired destination.

Pier Assistance

Scandinavia is a turnaround for all Baltic cruises and Fiords with more than 400 cruise ships and nearly a million people travelling each season. We provide port – airport transfer and turnaround services for individuals and large groups. During your short stay, we can recommend a small sightseeing tour around the city center before you will be transported to airport, hotel or port.


Hotel Assistance

We will meet you at your hotel’s reception in order to provide transfers to your desired location. In the cruise season, we recommend airport assistant pickup service with a following city guided sightseeing tour and a final drop off client at the cruise terminal or your hotel.

Transport Service Conditions

  • If the flight is delayed or canceled/ or your connection flight has changed, cancelled or missed you must contact immediately contact the emergency number provided by your agency or directly to us, the service provider at +45 53488522 (Denmark services 24hrs) to announce it in order to rebook your service. If not announced it will be listed as “no show” and it will be fully charged.
  • Unless otherwise stated in writing, at Airport pick up waiting time is 1 hour after landing. After this time vehicle will be released and service consider as “no show” and it will be fully charged.
  • In the unlikely event that you cannot locate your driver at the meeting point, or if you are delayed in customs, immigration authorities, baggage claim area or lost luggage, it is your responsibility to call the emergency number listed on your booking by your agent or directly to us, the service provider +45 53488522 (Denmark services 24hrs). If you fail to call the emergency number within minim of the after the actual arrival time, and the service provider is not aware of the delay, service will be considered as “no show” and it will be fully charged.
  • Unless otherwise is stated or requested, disabled persons who need special services and special vehicles, need to announce in advance, otherwise the service will not be available.
  • Unless otherwise stated in your booking or your voucher, 1 piece of medium sized luggage is allowed per person and your carry on (hand luggage). Additional cost will apply for extra luggage or luggage not fit on your requested vehicle. Extra cost or transport will be charged on spot and need to be paid by client
  • At pier/hotel unless otherwise stated in writting waiting time is 15 minutes. After this time vehicle will be released and service consider as “no show” and it will be fully charged.
  • Portage service is not included !
  • The service provider can not be held liable for delays, changes or cancellations of services due to major circumstances that are unforeseeable or beyond our control.
